Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

All residents within the state of Texas will be charged state sales tax on their purchases (8.25%).


Can I combine promo/discount codes?

Stacking of promo codes is not allowed at this time.  Only one promo code per purchase is valid. 


Can I use promo/discount codes on already discounted or sale items?

Promo codes will not apply to already discounted or sale items. If you do this, your purchase will be canceled and refunded back to you.


What if I forgot to use my promo/discount code?

Promo codes can only be applied at the time of purchase.  If purchase has been completed, we can not go back in and apply any promo codes to the sale.


What if I bought something and then it goes on sale?

Sale and discount prices are only valid during the time of the sale.  If you would like to pay to return your item at your expense, and repurchase the item during the sale, you are more than welcome to, following our return guidelines.  


Where is my order confirmation?

You will receive an email at the address you provided at checkout with your order confirmation within 48 business hours of ordering, unless delays have been stated.  You will also receive an email with shipping and tracking updates when your item has been processed and shipped. 


Can I return or exchange sale or discounted items?

ALL SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL. This includes any and all discount promo codes used at the time of checkout. 


I need to return part or all of my order...

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery in the unused original condition in which it was sent with tags still attached. You will be issued credit minus our shipping and handling costs.


What is the Sezzle payment option? 

Sezzle allows you to break your total payment up into 4 equal payments, drafted from your account every other week. Your first initial payment will be due immediately. Your items will ship as soon as your order is placed, we do not hold it until all payments are made to Sezzle. The Sezzle payment options requires minimum $40 purchase to qualify. Any purchase returned that used Sezzle payment option will incur a 6% restocking fee.
